The UK Student Visa: Studying in the UK

The UK Student Visa replaces Tier 4 (General) Student Visa. It allows for further studies until a UK student visa - Tier 4 visa - before they come to the country and study. However, the process can be exceptionally complex and stressful for many applicants.

The UK Student Visa application process requires an individual to have an offer from a registered UK university, school, or educational facility.

A person can apply for a Tier 4 Student Visa if they want to study in the UK for a period longer than six months. In this case, the Home Office applies a points-based system to assess eligibility.

If you are unsure of what to do, you can book a free consultation with our immigration specialists to discuss your case. You are under no obligation to proceed with our services after this meeting but may find that you need to hire the UK visa lawyers for a short time after. After this first step, they may need to leave the UK unless they have applied for a different visa or switch to another immigration category.

Here at SLS Immigration lawyers we assign you a dedicated lawyer who will maintain contact with the Home Office until a decision is reached on your case. This application requires a lot of supporting documents and other papers to ensure that your visa application is submitted successfully.
